Rutland London Ltd (T/A Rutland London & Rutland Radiators) supplies products to both national and international projects on a regular basis. Recent projects have been located in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the USA, Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong.
Delivery is carried out by our carefully selected couriers and in most cases is completed within 2 - 3 working days of the product being dispatched from our manufacturing site.

For international orders, or for orders to Northern Ireland or any islands (eg Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides etc) bespoke shipping costs will be provided alongside a quotation (subject to a delivery address being provided by the Client).
It should be noted that larger orders may incur multiple delivery charges (eg, where 2no. pallets are required). It should also be noted that Rutland London Ltd reserves the right to deliver products with their own employees.
In all cases, for insurance reasons, deliveries will be to the door or curb-side only. It is not the delivery drivers responsibility to carry the product into your home or site.
Once delivery has been completed, it is important that clients undertake an immediate inspection of the order to confirm that all components are correct. Claims for short delivery damage and/or other must be placed with us within 7 days by email.
