MAINTENANCE

The majority of finishes offered by Rutland London are considered to be "living finishes" which will age and patina.

To protect the warranty and longevity of all Rutland London finishes, the relevant Rutland London Maintenance Guide should be read and understood in full prior to any maintenance of the finish being undertaken.

Carefully following the supplied Maintenance Guide will ensure each of our beautiful finishes will develop a beautiful character and aesthetic over the coming years.

CAUTION

In all cases, any cleaning materials or products should be spot tested first on a small, inconspicuous area. During the maintenance of all Rutland London finishes, care should be taken to ensure surrounding surfaces are appropriately protected to prevent damage or staining.

It should be noted that contact with substances such as toothpaste, cologne, perfume, and nail polish remover will alter Rutland London finishes and void any applicable warranty.

Abrasive scouring pads, abrasive cloths, and abrasive flannels or harsh chemical cleaners (Mr Muscle, Lime Lite, or Viacal) should never be used with any finishes supplied by Rutland London unless specifically advised to do so by Rutland London.
